The plan, grounded in the iCanStudy method
School taught you what to learn. It never taught you how.
Six weeks on the one skill school skips: how learning actually works underneath, and how to take control of your own mind. It is hands-on and visual, and it meets you at your level, whether you are just starting out or already doing well. Think of it as Brilliant, but for the thing sitting underneath every subject.

The problem
The problem isn't that you study too little. You're in the wrong race.
Almost everyone reaches for the same visible things: rereading, highlighting, flashcards. But those are the tip of the iceberg, maybe ten percent of it. The ninety percent underneath, the way you actually think about the material, is the part that decides whether any of it sticks, and it is the part nobody teaches. And there is a catch that fools most people: understanding something while you read it feels exactly like learning it. It isn't the same thing.
The method
We teach this the way a good mentor teaches anything.
First you see it done properly. Then you try it and get feedback. We hold you up with support while it is still hard, and then we take that support away as you stop needing it. That is how something turns into a skill you own, instead of a trick you copied. The course quietly works this way on itself too. It spaces and retests its own ideas, and it is built out of the same maps it is teaching you to draw.
01 / model
See it done properly first
You watch a worked example at your level before you try anything yourself.
02 / coach
Try it, get told what to fix
You do it on your own material, with a ChatGPT prompt we hand you.
03 / scaffold
Support while it's still hard
Diagrams, short primers, and the source, right there when you need them.
04 / fade
It fades as you stop needing it
The help shrinks as you get better. By week six you run it yourself.
Demonstration of core techniques
Before you try it, you watch it done, start to finish.
There is a point in the program where Justin sits down, takes a real topic from the curriculum, and builds the whole thing in front of you. He reads it quickly, pulls out the keywords, groups them, and lays them into a map. No theory, just the technique done properly. Here is the core move, rebuilt step by step in his words. Then you can watch the real thing.

Twelve keywords, nothing more
This is the whole topic, pulled apart into keywords.

The journey
Six weeks to change how you learn, not what you know.
The order isn't random. First you learn to get things into your head properly. Then you make them stick. Then you learn to run the whole thing yourself, without me. Each week builds on the one before it.
A day, in full
One full lesson, so you can see the standard everything is held to.
Every day runs on the same six steps. This is Week 2, Day 3, on grouping. It comes in three versions, so each learner works through her own subject. Hover the card to see it come to life.

Why 4 connected ideas stick, and 40 loose facts don't
Now you: group these 12 terms
Tap a term to color it into a group. Aim for 3 to 4, not 8.
Tap a term to color it. 0 of 12 grouped.
You are my learning coach trained on the iCanStudy method. I grouped these terms into these buckets: [paste]. Do not regroup them for me. Ask me 2 sharp questions that test whether my grouping is meaningful and re-derivable, flag any "miscellaneous" group, and name one thing I did well. Under 120 words.
Feel the idea
Watch things actually stay, instead of leaking out.
Most studying is just plugging a leaky bucket, relearning what you already forgot. When you get something in properly the first time, you forget it far more slowly, so you need far fewer repeats to hold on to it. The course is full of these living pictures of an idea, not walls of text.
Each review stretches the gap to just before you would forget. Retention climbs, and the decay gets slower each time. The difficulty isn't the enemy here. It is the sign it is working.

Built on the library you already have
Nothing here asks you to just take our word for it.
Everything is grounded in the full iCanStudy library, the same one sitting in your player. Behind each point is the real lesson it came from, down to the timestamp, and every one links straight into the player. So a learner who wants more can hear Justin teach it, read the guide, and go deeper. The course is where you start. Everything past that already lives in the library.
Once you point a domain at the player, these deep-dive links go live across all six weeks.
Three learners, one program
The core is the same for everyone. The examples meet you where you are.
The underlying skills don't change from one person to the next. What changes is the example we teach them through, so it lands whether you are in school, at university, or well past both. You always work on your own subjects. The names below are just placeholders.
University
analytics track
Dense reading, data, exams. The examples lean on that, and push furthest on using the skills at work.
College
the steady middle
The same core skills, a lighter load, and examples that span general subjects.
O Level
year 10
Shorter sessions, more concrete, and worked through school subjects you already study.
Your call
Lock these, and I build Week 1 in full.
The research is mined, the arc is set, and this page is the locked design system. Rather than generate thirty lessons in the wrong direction, I would rather confirm four things. Reply yes, or change any.
1 The design system
This Northgrid-based look: the aurora gradient, glass cards, the software-mock lesson screen, the plasma meter, the dotted marks, and violet with a coral accent. Readable serif for quotes, no middot separators. Locked in?
2 Real site, deployable
Not an artifact. A proper static site I can deploy to a domain, that links into your corpus player for deep dives.
3 The name
Working title Rewire, it fits the growth-mindset idea that the brain is not fixed. Easy to swap: Grasp, Groundwork, Headstart.
4 Build order
I build Week 1 in full next, every day interactive and real, so you feel the finished thing before I commit the other five weeks.
